The commissioning process begins in pre-design. We work closely with you to develop the Owner’s Project Requirements, establishing a clear benchmark for your operational and performance expectations from day one.

Design Phase
During the design phase, we thoroughly review all documentation to ensure your initial requirements are actively being met. We evaluate maintainability, energy goals, constructability, and system controls to prevent costly redesigns.

Construction Phase
We conduct regular site visits and documentation reviews to guarantee installation quality matches your requirements. We work hands-on with the construction team to proactively resolve any issues as they arise.
As construction wraps up, we perform rigorous functional testing on mechanical and electrical systems, followed by comprehensive staff training to ensure your team is ready to maintain optimal performance.

Occupancy & Operation
Our commitment doesn’t end at turnover. We conduct thorough facility walkthroughs at 3, 6, and 10 months to observe real-world operations and resolve any warranty issues alongside your staff.
