One Stop Energy Services was established in 2007 by Steve Piesciuk (CPMP) to provide an independent solution to building owners for Commissioning and Energy Engineering. In 2013, The company was placed in the capable hands of Paul Walton, a highly motivated US Army Veteran. We pride ourselves on delivering tailored solutions that optimize building performance.

Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium – i-Vu
A 116,000 sq. ft. fitness & aquatic facility featuring 4 pools. Integrated Boiler/Chiller Plants, Dehumidification Units, Rooftop Units, and VAV Controllers via Carrier TruVu™ Controls and i-Vu® Cloud for precise temperature and humidity control.

Buyers Products – i-Vu
A 550,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Mentor, Ohio. We integrated key HVAC systems (Rooftop Units, Boilers, VAV Controllers) into Carrier’s i-Vu® Cloud platform powered by Carrier Open controllers for real-time operational oversight.

RPM International Inc. – i-Vu
A $7.3B multinational leader in specialty coatings. We integrated Rooftop Units, Boilers, AHUs, and VVT Controllers using Carrier TruVu™ controls on the i-Vu® Cloud platform for intuitive real-time monitoring.

Stark State College of Technology – Corporate Services & Continuing Education Facility
The new Corporate Services and Continuing Education Facility is one of the first LEED projects for Stark State College as they strive to make their campus and buildings more sustainable. The project consists of a renovation of 18,000 square feet of space at the old Hoover Plant located in North Canton, Ohio. One Stop Energy Services is assisting Stark State in their endeavor by providing Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for the project. In addition One Stop Energy Services is providing a before and after building envelope evaluation which will be submitted for an Innovation in Design point on the project. Stark State College of Technology – North Academic Building
Another new addition to Stark State College’s Campus is a 37,000 sqft facility that will house state of the art classrooms. This addition will be added to the corner of Mega St. and Frank Ave. The building is currently on track to achieve LEED Silver certification. One Stop Energy Services is providing the Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning the project as well as an evaluation of the envelope after construction is complete in 2011 for a LEED Innovation in Design point.

Stark State College of Technology – Business and Entrepreneurial Center
The Business and Entrepreneurial Center is a new three story facility with a total of 40,000 sqft. It will be the home of the College of Business at Stark State College and incorporate a new Auditorium space for seminars and lectures on campus. The project is on track for LEED Silver certification. One Stop Energy Services is providing the Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning the project as well as an evaluation of the envelope after construction is complete in 2011 for a LEED Innovation in Design point.
